We arrived at the Boucher Road playing fields around 3:45pm and got our tickets scanned and we walked in. The crowds of people flooded in around us. The food trucks surrounded the field and the massive stage right in the center. John Gibbons was playing as everyone arrived, we first met up with Molly's friend Kirsty as she hadn't seen her in months! My friends Megan and Rachel then came bounding over to me which was great to see them!

We got to then see Robin Schulz, Sigala and Disciples, I really enjoyed Sigala's set as it was a lot of well known songs and they interacted a lot with the crowd whereas Robin and Disciples didn't interact as much and was actually quiet boring, we just walked around getting food and drink while waiting for other acts to come on! Sigala were amazing, the buzz of the crowd was incredible! We then waited for Clean Bandit, they are a very popular band with a lot of great songs. It was a very long day, usually concerts are just 4 hours whereas this was 7 hours!! My legs were so sore by the end of the night and I was incredibly tired.

There were thousands of people of all ages, dancing and singing along! I also got to see two other friends, Georgia and Mia while I was there which made the experience better getting to see other people I knew. It took a while to get out of our comfort zones and start dancing, we went and got some energy drinks and the staff took the bottle lids off so we pretty much had to drink it all in one go as we had no lid.. so the sugar rush kicked in quickly and we started to bust out our dance moves and the night got a whole lot better as it started to get dark everyone seemed to become more outgoing and having more fun!

Clean Bandit played for an hour and got everyone ready for Tiësto! The evening grew darker, the ferris wheel went round and round constantly. We sat down on the stones to rest our legs before the last act while stacking stones on Chloe's hat for entertainment. We went to the toilet, had ice cream and a drink and were ready for Tiësto! He came on stage and everyone ran towards the stage, that's when the night really began! We found a place that wasn't too crowded but we could still see the stage really well, we danced the night away together and singing making sure we had the best night before going back to school! Fireworks flung out the back of the stage, red, green and gold to end the night with a bang! The lights went out and the crowds piled towards the exits, I grabbed Molly's hand and she grabbed Chloe's, This is our usual train to get out of concerts. We got out into the crowds of people and started to make our way to the car which my mum and aunt had parked in one of the car parks, when we finally found the car we got in and we got into the queue of traffic leading out of the car park. We sat there for an hour not moving, waiting for the police to direct the traffic out onto the motorway but they didn't and all the drivers started to get a bit annoyed so they all started beeping their horns continuously until the police let us out, after about 15 minutes of beeping we started to move and we got out of the car park!

We then traveled down the motorway and pulled into the Applegreen, which is motorway service station, except its never open. You would think that when their is a massive concert going on with thousands of hungry people coming out of it looking for food but they shut it before the crowd comes. Concerts would be great for business as there is so many people? This is our third time stopping after a concert to it not being open, we won't be stopping at it any more as there is a McDonalds 15 minutes away which is 24 hour and deals with concert crowds extremely well.

We continued our journey home, except I can't remember much as a slept the whole way. We opened the front door and the three of us piled into the house and up the stairs and got ready for bed and we actually had the energy to take off our make-up!! It was an amazing night and I was we could start summer all over again!
